Her live cooking series ‘Une Cha Un Chef’ were born out of the smart desire to learn from the best to get the most of recipes by discovering chef’s secrets around simple & healthy recipes.
Chef Luiz Filipe Souza – the prodigy boy of Brazilian gastronomy! Won his first Michelin Star at only 30 years old after opening his restaurant Evvai in Sao Paolo, after training in restaurants such as @fasano & @piselli in Sao Paolo & @realecasadonna in Castel di Sangro. His inventive Orundy cuisine takes on upscale Italian dishes while diving deep into Brazilian products research.
